Section 1 — Account Registration and Management

To open an account with abc65, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements. abc65 reserves the right to verify your age at any time.
1.2 One Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts by the same person will result in all accounts being closed and all funds may be forfeited. If members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or IP address, abc65 must be informed.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.
1.4 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is prohibited. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.
1.5 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time. abc65 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account pending investigation in cases of rule violations.
Section 2 — Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each method at abc65 is ৳200. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
2.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply.
2.3 Identity Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, abc65 may request proof of identity and account ownership as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be delayed until this verification is complete.
2.4 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not available.
2.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
abc65 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Section 3 — Bonuses and Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered. After that, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
3.3 Bonus Abuse
If abuse or manipulation of bonus benefits is detected, abc65 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
3.4 Promotional Offers
From time to time, abc65 may offer various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own applicable terms and conditions. abc65 reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer.
Section 4 — Gaming Rules
4.1 Fair Play
abc65 guarantees fair play across all games. Verified random number generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes. Any form of manipulation or unethical practice is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted due to technical issues or server outages, abc65 will make every effort to provide a fair resolution. However, abc65's liability for losses caused by technical errors is limited.
4.3 Bots and Automation Prohibited
The use of software bots, automated scripts, or AI-based tools to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.
4.4 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers wagering on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. If involvement in match-fixing or pre-arranged matches is proven, abc65 will void the relevant bets. All betting rules apply separately.
Section 5 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on abc65:
- Operating an account on behalf of minors (under 21) or conducting activities for their benefit.
- Registering with a false identity, fraudulent documents, or under someone else's name.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
- Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods or accounts.
If any of the above activities are detected, abc65 may close the account without notice and forfeit all funds.

10.2 Partial Invalidity
If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
